I believe the voice is sampled from a song San Francisco by Village People
The track was on an old mixtape that is lost now so I can't Shazam it. Impossible to find on internet. I have tried everything. No clue.
If somebody here ever heard it please help. It is very rare track. The rarest house track i know.
