Dj team collab

I am producing House with soul and R&B vocal vibes and releasing on great labels. I have been getting support from biggest names in genre. I want to get into dj'ing but I don't have time to do all the work like promoting, booking etc. Also I'm not a great dj yet I think. Only practice in the studio. So I thought it could be a good idea to join forces with an more experienced dj that may not produce his own stuff that can organize the dj side of things and make a team out of it. BTW age should be over 30 :)
I've learned that many big dj/artists that are 2 have this arrangement.
