I need your help! We must come up with a design for our new badges.

Details:

Plastic Event Badge Specifications:
300dpi
Finished: 2.125" x 3.375"
Safety: 1.875" x 3.125"
Lanyard Slot: Allow an additional .125"
Bleed: 2.375" x 3.625



Image must be 300 dpi.

Image background we want is something like "Technical Abstract Shapes"... Nothing that is super bright in color or looks like a cartoon.

Must have "Resurrect LA" at the top or use our logo.

Below say "Event Staff"

Then below that in smaller letters "All Access"

For helping out feel free to put your watermark/logo in one of the lower corners if you like.

Guess the moral of the story is, know your designer, and trust him. If you don't... either find a new one or design your own lol.

Also, asking for designs, for free, is one of things where people say, "Well, can't hurt to ask, right?" Well... this is a DJ forum primarily, so... maybe it won't. And there are guys out there looking for opportunities to do work for experience. But just remember all those craigslist ads for people looking for a DJ to "plz work for free, but don wrry it'll get u reel good netwerking and expeerence". That's how designers that are good at their work (and are paid) feel when they constantly see 'wanted: for free' ads :tup:

The music is old funk, breaks and songs from movie scores - stuff that I chose because I like the drums on the tracks. The only text that needs to go on it is "Sigma" and "XL-FM Guest Mix".

I'm not really in a position to pay for this, but if someone makes one that I end up using I will make sure I gave you credit wherever I can and link to your site (if you have one). I also run a forum for DJs, so I will make sure you get a mention there.
