Is there a specific name for this sub genre?
I really like it to chill out too and am looking for similar stuff to these if anyone has any suggestions? I really like the Behling and Simpson Stuff.

Not listened to the samples (at work now) but for some house around the 105-115 mark check out some of the Workshop releases, including people like Move D and Kassem Mosse. Mark E has also been making some pretty luscious deep discoy stuff at around the 110 mark for the last couple of years :)

Haha, when I read the thread title I literally came in to suggest the tracks you've already posted.
There's lots of Disco-ey/Deep House around that BPM. Based on the stuff you posted I'd suggest the following:
Picturehouse
Ewan Pearson
Some of Bashmore's slower stuff
Louie Fresco
Lee Stevens
Henrik Schwarz
MiJsX3grXfc
vCfSwaOlvzA

Also, some of Disclosure's stuff like Livid Up. 116bpm groovey garagey vibes.

i play a lot of this kinda stuff :P house, disco edits, deep disco, dubbed out stuff, lo-fi, whatever. as disparate mentioned, definitely check out mark e and some of kassem mosse's output. otherwise, i'd suggest these:
the revenge
toomy disco
tiger & woods/the editainment label in general
nicholas
erdbeerschnitzel
francis inferno orchestra
slow hands
ilija rudman
lewie day
eddie c
mario basanov
nicolas jaar
some of the tracks coming out from the soul clap & wolf + lamb camps for more pop-friendly stuff
andy stott (very lo-fi and sometimes a bit slower than what you might be looking for)
really, there's a massive amount of quality tracks at that tempo but it's a bit more difficult to pinpoint other than a handful of artists that only produce in said range. you'll find a lot of people putting out solid house/deep house and techno are working across bpm ranges and have some really stand-out material that moves a bit slower (move d, vakula, blondes, kassem mosse as mentioned earlier, juju & jordash, floating points, theo parrish, etc etc).
best suggestion i can make is to follow/dig through 'forward thinking' house & techno labels catalogues', most of them are putting music out at any bpm you can imagine
check out this toomy disco track in the meantime -

some of those labels include:
L.I.E.S.
100% Silk
Mathematics
M>O>S
Internasjonal (balearic/cosmic/disco)
Future Classics
Rvng Intl.
Workshop
Permanent Vacation (more pop/disco leaning)
there's also a very healthy amount of cosmic/italo/disco edits labels & artists putting out stuff in this range on wax. editainment is one of them. golf channel, italo deviance, special value edits, majesty's pleasure, and basic fingers are a few of the others. the list is huge though and many times they're released as one-off white label kinda deals
Moon boots, Moullinex (and other stuff from Disco Texas), and some stuff by Miguel Migs believe it or not.
+1 for future classics
+1 for livid up
And other random stuff I've dug up.... it's really all over the board.
Honestly, I don't know if I would limit myself to the 110-115bpm in this thread either. 90% of the time I'm pitching it up to match the House I'm playing while keeping the nu-disco vibes. Sacrilege, I know, but tell em you wouldn't want to mix this in with a straight face...

This guy wins  Erdbeerschnitzel's LWE podcast from a year or so ago is really good. And Andy Stott's recent slowed-down stuff is amazing.

I can't help but think of the French-touch duo Cherokee when I think of downtempo stuff that matches your description.
