LED db bar acting strange, looking for replacement.. What are they called?

The db meter on my mixer is acting strange. I'm looking for a replacement that's rack mountable that will show me how loud the output is and if I'm clipping. I can't seem to find the proper term for one of these to find them on google. What are they called, and even better what's a good make?
