Only thing from a design perspective I would recommend would be to add spacing in between the lettering for the address.

I like the first one better, minus what looks like a water mark in the lower right? Maybe format your name differently - either a different color or text to make it stand out?

The watermark is just a layer I haven't figured out what to do with yet. Thanks for the input though!
