We did a small wedding for an Artist Management agent where one of her clients was set to perform. We got to use our recently aquired dB Technologies DVA 4T line array system.

We also hung the Chinese lanterns and lit the stage with RGBAW LED TyLED's.

Bill, do you find that the line array offers an increase in sound quality even though the line is so short your low frequency break limit will be very high? If I'm reading the dimensions correctly on the dB Tech website your line is only 2.4' tall, which means the array will only act as a line source above about 1.8 kHz,. You'll have an uneven distribution of sound per frequency - your array will obey the normal inverse square law and lose -6dB per doubling of distance below 1.8k and the line source -3dB above 1.8k. Can you hear that as you walk back in the room (the sound gets "tinnier" or "brighter" towards the back)?
