ive been trying to work out what track from that era sampled this tune and its annoying the life out of me, i thought it was someone like the Rhythm Masters but cant find it amongst their tracks. It was a jackin type track that someone like DC or Sneak would play IIRC.

I have mate, unfortunately its not on there.. ive found a lot of these edits back then were white labels so quite often get missed on whosampled.
