View Full Version : FT/FS: Complete setup 2xTechnics 1200MK5 + Korg Zero 4
After having my turntables for awhile, I have decided I wanted to try something new and switch to CDJs. I love my Technics, but I have decided they are not for me, and that CDJs would better suit my style of mixing. I am really looking for trades as I don't have a lot of cash to spend at the moment, but I am open to offers. Since I know 2 Technics do not = 2 CDJ 900s, I am also throwing in a Korg Zero 4 mixer. All three items work flawlessly, and I am simply getting rid of them for something else. A complete setup.
Things I am trading/selling:
Two Technics 12000MK5 + Headshells & Stylus(8/10 cosmetically): Around $1000.
Technics #1: Technics headshell with M44G
Technics #2: Stanton headshell with M447. Tonearm is slightly bent on the end; haven't had any connection or performance issues.
Korg Zero 4 + Innofader (9/10 cosmetically): Around $500. This mixer is Traktor Scratch Certified like the DJM900 and Xone DB series, and can be used without a Traktor soundcard.
Technics come in Road Ready cases.
Trades I am looking for:
A pair of CDJ 900s
A pair of CDJ 2000s (I add cash)
Make offers even if you don't have gear listed. I am fairly flexible, and the worst I can do is say no. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
Sorry for the grainy photos. I only have an iPhone to take them with.

Lol well I'm bargain hunting like a fool. And got a couple cheap offers on the mixer. So I'm just trying to be frugal :)
Send me a PM with your offer. I have gone way lower than I originally asked for this mixer, and it is my second time listing it so I would say $500 is pretty firm.

$500 you say? I might be willing to take this off your hands. Let me think about this for a short time and I'll decide what I want to do.
I think I'm going to put the Denon up for sale as it's great, but it wasn't everything I wanted it to be and now I'm getting the itch to have turntable/CDJ control again.
If I can move my MC 6000, I'll take your zero4 off your hands.
Yeah, $500. Awesome, just keep me updated.

Did you end up getting rid of yours???? Last time I saw your pad, you had both.

No i did not, I would be purposely buying a second one to have as a spare. It would also allow me to get a separate flight case if I wanted to take the mixer with me though, and that does appeal to me as I think I could end up just using an X1 (or 2) and the mixer to accomplish what I want to do.
Bump! Common guys, I need to sell the mixer before I go to vegas!

Do you still have the decks?
Yeah I do. Sorry I didn't reply sooner, I didn't see that you had posted.
On a side note, somebody buy my mixer! :argh:

I might just be interested in the Korg mixer. I like carrying just the mixer for DVS thing you're talking about. I'll shoot you a PM.
EDIT: Oh wait then I would have to buy Traktor wouldn't I...or is scratch free?

If you don't currently own a version of Traktor, then yes. However, Traktor will be experiencing a price cut soon, so I think it's worth it.

Hmm well I mean I'm debating Serato and Traktor at this point.

Are you looking for TP2 or TSP2?

TSP2 right? That's what you would use to have DVS support.

Oh I see. When's this update? I know there's TP2 selling on here.

Not after the update. Once the update happens TP2 = TSP2
They want to get rid of the programs not having scratch functionality natively.
Yes... do tell.
So, if I have TP2 and am looking to get TSP2, have a MOTU AI and am missing the control vinyl, WTF do I do?
Disregard everything I said in the posts above.
As I said in the TP2 and TSP2 thread created by Finnish_Fox:
What DJNR was saying is just wrong. TP and TSP are still technically two separate products. What they did was simplify their product line. They got rid of LE and Duo, and stopped selling standalone interfaces.
Andrew is right, the two versions still exist. When I read the details for the product announcement (http://djworx.com/traktor-pro-2-5-one-version-to-rule-them-all/) a few months ago, it was said that Traktor would become centralized. It wasn't until recently that I saw that there was an update in the article stating that the two versions still exist.
Sorry about the confusion.
HOWEVER,
Because the Korg Zero 4 that I'm selling is a Traktor Certified Mixer, you can get an upgrade for $119 which includes the software, timecode vinyl, and control CDs. (http://www.native-instruments.com/#/en/products/dj/traktor-kontrol-s4/?page=3945)
I'm very interested in the mixer... I'm tring to save up for maschine, but I might be convinced to detour. :)
I would need a few weeks to get the money together, but I'm certain I want the mixer. I'll do $500 if the shipping isn't too much.

Shipping shouldn't be too expensive. The mixer isn't terribly heavy.
Are you selling the tts as a pair?
Yeah, if I'm getting rid of the turntables they need to go as a pair. Honestly though, I am really interested in trading them. Essentially, the mixer is the only thing that I am selling.
Bump, price changed to $400 + Shipping.
