Does it say "Open Gobo" or "Replaceable Gobos."
Open Gobo means you have an "open" gobo, as in just a circle, which is not replaceable.
"Replaceable Gobos" means you can install you own.
What is the full model name of the scanner(s)?
These are Gobos:

The last gobo on the bottom right is what's know as an "Open Gobo." Meaning there is nothing there so that it can be used as a spot. You can't put your own gobo in there.
I also don't believe any older Chauvet scanners had replaceable Gobos.

Yeah those scanners simply have a gobo wheel with colored glass glued over them. Only way to modify gobos is to replace the entire gobo wheel.

As stated, open gobo stands for a spot.
