loop beat while vocals play normal?

its there a way to loop everything but the vocals? I think it'd be awesome to loop the beat but the vocals continue as they would without looping.

You need the accapella and the ability to loop the instrumental of the track.

I know I could do I that way but that's a lot of work and perfect timing lol

30 years ago it was a lot of time, possibly years to track down a record from overhearing it somewhere.
Looping was done via two copies of the same record (good luck finding two copies...and good luck finding ones that sounded well enough to play out).
Then a third turntable was used to play the accapella.

So you would need to spend the equivalent 2500$ for the equipment and however much it cost to get the records.
It also took up to years of skill to learn to beat juggle the instumentals correctly and mix in a vocal.

These days it can be done in 1 hour and on a 100$ computer. It can be synced.

So while I agree it may take a little time with modern tools, it is sure better than the old days.
