DJF down on 12/18

DJF was suspended due to an expired credit card on file. Unfortunately since it was a Sunday, it took a while to get everything squared away. We're back and ready to get back to it.

My water got turned off once for that same reason. Auto-pay stopped working and since I was paperless, no bills or shutoff notices showed up. :teef:

given the issues in the past it is easy to think the worst when it goes down!
