hi, was out dancing on Sunday night and the lads djing were playing downtempo(around 110bpm) deep house... anyway my point is they played a track I recognise but can't for the life of me remember the name, the words go something like '.... .... ..... .. salsa ... .... ... salsa(the full stops being missing words) I've heard it in jackin house form 128bpm and I think sneak and Derrick carter are rockin it



p.s. can we have this as a sticky thread somewhere like the last dj forums did

I'm guessing the blanks could be "Cuba, quiero bailar la salsa". If it's what you're looking for, the original was by the Gibson Brother's, but there has been plenty of covers and remixes floating around through the years and the track has been sampled quite a lot. haha i know that track, no its more of a downtempo style, a female vocalist with a slightly softer voice
