why wont it let me download newest version of itch?!

2.2 ive put my email adress in about 3 times now yesterday & today and it wont et me download the newest version!?

I would email serato of go into the forums for ITCH and see what the guys say in there. When I was running ITCH I had 1 issue where I couldn't and one of the serato guys gave me the direct link to download it
