I was streaming on ustream earlier today and the quality was pretty bad. Anyone know a good site to stream on (that's free) with better/best quality?

It really depends on what you like best. I recommend you to at least try some of them. But I prefer Live-stream.

Most are now using FME (Flash Media Encoder) while using Stickam or other sites to broadcast at 128kbps. The quality difference is noticeable in most cases and fairly easy to setup.

have you tried Mixlr??? I havent used it for a while but it was good when I did use it!

edit - also very facebook friendly, so you can post it on your facebook fan page or facebook user page for everyone to check out :)

Usually it's not the hosting sites fault. You probably don't have enough upload bandwidth to put out good quality video -- or you may need to tweak router/network settings, open ports, etc.

UStream offers HD quality streams so I'd look at optimizing your end first.
