Here's a mix I heard a while ago
http://sonicrampage.org/blog/2011/09/pearsall-presents-beyond-the-valley-of-the-acid-vixens-new/
The di.fm oldschool acid channel is very neat, music has evolved a lot since the 90s.

I want to put more acid house in my sets but I don't know anything about it, I absolutely LOVE acid house/techno but don't know any artists really.

Google acid house
ah the joy of acid :)
for some old school chicago style check out:
armando
steve poindexter
pierre's pfantasy club/dj pierre/phuture
adonis
aphex twin's afx alias and squarepusher's vic acid project are a great starting point for the more idm-leaning stuff.
the 'problem' is though, you won't really find many artists that strictly do acid house - it's more about finding singles or a one-off EP IMO. for more recent stuff, check out disco nihilist's running EP & legowelt's sark island acid EP. also, browse through asburd recording's acid test imprint's catalogue (http://www.discogs.com/label/Acid+Test+%282%29). there's a bunch of incredible detroit shit too if you're at all into heavy/bassy, raw techno - aux 88, claude young, etc.
here's a recent mix by an sf dj Solar for the acid test party at smart bar in chicago i really enjoyed:
http://soundcloud.com/as-you-like-it/solar-ayli-podcast-4
and this is off possibly the first acid house release ever:

also, the wikipedia page is really quite bad on the topic of acid house. here's a cool little documentary on the 303 (the synth responsible for the genre/style) i'd suggest you watch if you're not familiar with the topic:

Acid's always dope. 303, 606, 707, 808, 909 baby. clap clap clap snare snare clap tststststs boom boom
There's plenty of fresh acid, and a number of producers that do "specialize" in it. Some keep to the classic style, some are more experimental, and will veer from the 303 but keep the vibe. Some circles refer to the modern but throwback acid/chicago jack house sound (but with a little more experimental weirdo mindfuck going on) as Jak or Jakbeat...you'll also run into a lot of classic electro sounds and hybrids once you start digging (REAL electro, not this Pauly D / Dutch asshole shit that 90% of DJF seems to love).
contemporary artists and labels that make good acid...
Artists: JTC (James T Cotton, 2AM/FM), Omar S (usually under Alex O. Smith for acid), CCO, Traxx, D'Marc Cantu, Perseus Traxx, Legowelt, Luke Vibert (Wagon Christ), Africans With Mainframes, DJ TLR, Saturn V, Ceephax Acid Crew, Jared Wilson, Tevo Howard, The Chicago Shags, Grey People...ah fuck it, I could go on for awhile, easier to name some labels, since there's a lot of crossbreeding..
CREME ORGANIZATION, NATION, LUX REC, BUNKER, CLONE, ACIDICTED, MATHEMATIC, DELSIN, M>O>S, LAST KNOWN TRAJECTORY to name a few dope labels off the top of my head
Also peep the Proper Trax charts from Will Azada (you'll find a couple acid cuts on this month's edition)... http://propertrax.com/2012/04/11/will-azadas-april-2012-its-gonna-be-a-nasty-spring-top-10/
And since its plug time, PROPER-001 has an acid cut from Grey People & Lee Crowe. And we've got more to come.
Most of the best acid is on vinyl only, too...so get yo wallet out. ;)
I really like the stuff on Acid Test as well
