Hello Forums
As i am using GNU/Linux on my main Computer (over some years periodically) and i am very happy with it, i am trying to make my Windows based machine obsolete. But as every linux user knows there are always stumbling blocks in regard of compatibility, as most manufacturers don't care about the penguin community.
There is software available (MIXX & Bitwig), but what is with the hardware? Which soundcards do run with ALSA? I realized that i probably won't be able to run my DJM850 on Debian. Is there someone who made it possible? Do i have to take the bitter pill and buy an external Interface?
What are your experiences and advices?
