I've been looking into the power supply's and rating of some of my electronics lately. The CDJ's I bought used camed with cables 125V 7A, and the back of the CDJ's say 120V 60A. Thats a slight increase on Voltage but a lot of Amps. Are these what come with them normall and they're just close enough? Or should I look into getting cables that are exact voltage and ampere for my very expensive players I don' want to break becuase of stupid cheap cabling. I use 800 MK2's if that matters at all.

There's no way your CDJs are drawing 60A. Absolutely no way. According to Pioneer's website they draw 21W, which at 120V is a current draw of 175mA (0.175A). Your cables are fine.

60 amps could power about 8 800 watt powered subs at 120v. There is now way your cdj is drawing that much current.

Nick, I am pretty sure this is you from the Pio forum too: http://forums.pioneerdj.com/entries/21244438-ac-power-cord-for-cdj-800mkii

as I commented there, you sure it says 60A and not 60hz? thats a pretty big difference, there is no way the cdj's draw even 1A, never mind 60 of them :)

It's 60Hz....not amps. The cables are fine.
