What is the best way to ship a mixer?

I'm thinking of putting my DJM-800 on eBay, but I have no idea how I would ship it. I don't have the original packaging, and I don't have a case. Any help?

Any cardboard box that is larger than your mixer will be fine. Also, wrap the mixer in bubble wrap. Make sure the bubble wrapping covers all sides. Once you packaged it in the box, add peanuts or any other type of cushion so it doesn't slide around. Its pretty straight foward

I like to stuff crumples up newspaper around the item as well, to make sure it wont move inside the box during shipping. Cheaper then peanuts :P
