Ok so I am doing a sweet sixteen in a a few hours and I am going to be using 2 JBL Prx 618s and I know that they have some kind of weird dispersion pattern, and I was wondering what would be the best way to position them? Like right next to eachother infront of the DJ booth, or on either side of the DJ booth?

To maximize output of your subs, have them one next to the other (close coupled). If you want even more bass, have them close coupled shooting into a corner. This is not always optimal in terms of appearance however. (and the low frequencies can get annoying to you)
Next to each other in front of your booth should work fine...
