This is my first battle so, I'm not exactly too sure on how to set it up, but I'll give it a go.

Rules:

-Between 15 & 30 minutes long
-Only vinyl and cdj's are to be used (no midi's or anything totally digital, so nothing with sync really)
-due date is on the 17th (a week)

CDJs are totally digital and the newer ones also offer sync....

not necessarily, my cdj has a direct drive motor, and you have to push it off to play it. although maybe your right, sorry I got it wrong. and yeah, but I didn't really think.
