so please introduce yourselves down below.

some things to include: (That I think myself and others will be very interested in)

Previous dj experience? (Residencies, gigs, radio shows, podcasts... how long you have been pumping your next door neighbours from you basement etc. etc.)
Favourite songs/artists/labels?

Favourite club night/event/festival/venue?
What dj equipment you use?

BIG TINGS ARE GWAAN

I was just kidding at my above post! (Basement Jaxx)

Well, if I'm going to answer those questions.
1) I mostly DJ in my garage as a hobby. Previous experience? Well, I don't have any, just home. I been pumping my next door neighbors from my detached garage since I moved in the house, 2009.
2) Favorite songs? Well, there are just too many for me! But some songs I could NEVER get enough of is "Another Cha Cha" - Santa Esmeralda, Go Mario, Go! - MC mario, People are Strange - Janice Hagan, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy I Wanna Be Like You just to name a few!
3) I'm from the Inland Empire, California (Rialto CA)
4) Favorite event? I do not have an answer to that question. Other than house parties at my own house!
5) This is my equipment. Invested about $4000 in the last several years.

6) How I start DJing? Well, first I "fell interested" in DJing, then I bought my first of some gear. Fast forward 6 years, and this is what I collected!

Speaking of those 4 songs I LOVE (other than millions of others)

Previous DJ Experience
Been mixing since 2010, started with CDJs then moved to Technics 1200s now back to CDs. I've supported lots of guys like Olie Bassweight, Soulware, Royalston, Truth, Om Unit, Nosajthing etc over the years, played most major psychedelic festivals I've wanted to in my area of Australia (Dragon Dreaming, Psyland, Tribal Rhythms, Lucid Labyrinth, The Solution, Regrowth etc) and am pretty happy with my standing given dubstep's niche audience here in Aus. Now its time to get out of here ;)

Favourite Artists/Labels
At the moment I'm particularly loving tech/footwork feels from Nurve, Metrist and Eva808, just to get a little obscure for a second.

Where are you from?
Canberra, Australia

Favourite Club
There is no good club, let alone a favourite in Canberra.

Night/event/festival/venue?
Hmmmm favourite recent gig/event is actually a packed house party in Braddon, blew the lid off that place :)

What DJ Equipment
I use a DJM900 Nexus, 2x Technics 1210s and 2x CDJ 2000, all running through a Rane SL4 box, then through an Allen & Heath 9-channel desk (along with my studio gear) to output to a Jensen 12" sub and 2x Rokit 8"s.

How you started DJing?
I was partying at a club in Kingston called "Lot 33" back in 2010 and was good friends with the event-manager/resident there, we used to kick on back at his place around the corner as it was conveniently close. He had a banger of a setup and offered to teach me to mix - I did one lesson with him and learnt the bare basics of beatmatching before going off on my own and working it all out over a couple months with a bit of patience :)

Hey brother!!! congratulations on those supports man.. met bassweight and dre from truth a couple of times.. they are some really gnarly people hey bro!! oh man, I tried getting to dragon dreaming looks like a real cool festival, everyone seems to come out of that festival with an adopted family..Wow bass music must be a lot bigger in the psy scene down there.... we have a few festivals which integrates bass up here man, but its mainly psytrance, everyone just loves to have a good stomp! ahaha. you should try applying for manifest or deliverance up here at some point down the track, really cool crowd and both are quite small and intimate.. so you can really vibe off the audience.. Yeah dude love a packed house party with a phat system especially if the roofs are real low... the energy just builds and builds and builds... Whats the Jensen sub like? and from listening to some of your stuff man, you will be out of Australia soon!! good luck with your tree of life application :)
