Wireless DMX question (wiring)

I don't know how wireless DMX works. Those wifly TX/RX boxes, do they only transmit one light fixture's signal, or the entire signal coming off the lighting board?

Is this diagram realistic, for lighting stands in the corners of a giant room

Wireless DMX transmitters transmit the entire data pack. You're pictured set up will work. Blizzard offers very good wireless units.
