I used to be into DnB....well, not really. I like DnB, but it was never really a focus. I've always been more for trance, house, techno, and hard dance. But now I'm trying to get more into DnB...perhaps not as a dj, but just as a listener. I'm looking for more labels and/or producers to listen to and follow. I like the labels Shogun Audio and Beta Recordings. The sub-genres I like are Neurofunk, Futurestep, Trancestep, and Electrostep (I think those are the right names). Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Futurestep, Trancestep and Electrostep? Wat?

Check out stuff from RAM, Hospital and Viper for the Futurestep/Trancestep/Electrostep stuff. Also check out, Citrus, Critical, Dispatch, Metalheadz, Vision, Lifted, C4C, Playaz and ProgRAM to get started.

i think the only person who really did any electrostep was john b. he also did a bunch of the "trance'n'bass" stuff but so did klute (he runs commercial suicide), concord dawn, i believe a bunch of the stuff on DSCI4 falls into that category as well.
