Im looking into getting a laser for hosting a house night at a local club. I want a green laser and Ive seen a bunch on ebay for much cheaper than the typical store yet most of them ship out of China. I don't want to spend more than $2000 and I posted a pic of the club below(2nd pic). I want to mount it above the DJs head and a little back so it come out from the DJ booth. I am looking for something that can fan above everyones head, I can set so it won't shoot into the crowd, and will give that thick beam that will fill the room at once that I posted below(1st pic).

Look at X-Laser at your price range.

Also, do some research and learn what you can about them before you just buy one. Get some hands on training with them as well. Like, real training with professionals who can teach you the ins, outs, and regulations so you can use it safely.

be carefull buying any lasers out of china, they sell cheap over there true, but they are not regulated or approved for use in the US, even with licenses. You do not want to be running an illegal laser, and god forbid someone gets hurt.

Yeah go with X-Laser and get the variance kit that they offer. The skywriter would be great for what you are wanting to use it for.

Here's a pic of my RGB laser from X-laser along with 2 qspot260's

You might want to look into CTLasers as well, but it will likely be over your budget. Marc is really helpful and informative. CTLasers.com

It is Conneticut Laser. They are along the lines of X-Laser, in terms of products, as well as support.
