Artist Sounds Like Erykah Badu

Peace All,

I'm looking for a track that came out between 98' - 2000' (maybe) that sounds like Erykah Badu singing on it. The lyrics contain something about oils and incense burning and the chorus sounds like she is saying insane. I know this might be a hard one but I used to have it on a cassette tape and it broke, so I'm desperate to find this song again.

She has a great voice, listened to some tunes before.
