numark ndx200 and im1 mixer

hi new to this forum and new 2 djing was just after a little help on were to start for beatmatching as my mixer dont have a bpm counter so i dont know what bpm the songs are atav watchd a few videos on youtube and still dont get it ? can anybody give me any advice?? thanks arran
