I agree that Trance has lost its tempo. Seems that a vast majority of the Trance tunes these days are around 128-130 BPM and have some energy drive vs being all inverted blue-room prog. I remember the 138-140 days, but that was the Trance era! The phrases have gotten shorter so the mixing tends to be around 32 bars vs 72-96 bars like the classic tunes. The Trance mood is still in there it just has changed to get people to continue to respond the the uniform dance structure of 4 on-the-floor.

Dubstep is the new Trance? Seriously?... Go post that crap in the Dubstep forum then, we "true" Trance fans want nothing to do with that garbage.

dubstep lol.. dubstep is already getting dull and tired and its only been around a blink of an eye compared to trance.

@ OP, amazing album, amazing producer. Shingo Nakamura is hands down my favourite Progressive House producer, and I'd go as far as to say my favourite producer across all the genres I listen to. Really can't wait to hear him spin around Osaka when I'm out in Japan from this september onwards.

Mistique Music has a ton of high quality progressive releases. One of the most consistent labels in my opinion.

He really does have a gorgeous sound. He says that it's inspired by his hometown in Japan. I'd love to see how beautiful it must be =)
