Could someone finish my site?

I had someone start on a website but never finished it and he hasn't been responding to any of my emails. I just someone to finish it for me. Most of it is already done. I just need pictures added and deleted and some extra content added.

That shouldn't be too tricky... I've done a few websites (well 2, both Drupal ones lol). Problems is, won't even be able to think about it till next week. Have you the passwords for the site, who is paying the hosting company?
