I bought a Denon X1500 mixer quite sometime ago. It was a good buy at the time but really had not thought any further ahead to a use for it. I thought I might fire it up and see if it could be used with Traktor for a nice simple setup (spare if you will).
It has a USB on it so I can plug it into my macbook and from there I don't know. With the X1700 you have to manually activate the USB connection for it to work. Maybe you do in this but I have no idea. I simply wanted to assign CH1 on mixer to one deck in tractor and CH2 on the other deck. Is this easily possibly or should I just keep it as a spare and get a newer mixer? All advice always welcome.
