I know of 2 that are still open in South Beach, but thats club central, which might be the reason. Probably own by one of the major club owners and run by the local headliners, for easy access to new choons. I'm just guessing, but I've looked all over Miami and the others have all closed down in the last 4 yrs.

That would be a cool list to start though, if we can get ppl to confirm if a shop is still open. There has to be at least 1 shop per major city, righ?

Glad to see some newer mp3 sites available. I've been considering letting 8thWonderPromo go... they've never responded to any emails I've sent them about their downloader program that has been down for almost a year now. And there seems to be tons more mixes than "regular" hits - which may be great for a club dj, but I'm a mobile DJ with tons of weddings - doesn't work so much for me. And I'm leery of them - especially after looking at some of the other sites that talk about paying royalties and their relationships with labels; whereas, 8thWonder doesn't really talk much about that...

I will say that I recommend downloading your tracks one or two at a time otherwise you can get a glitch in the download and it will only download part of the track. I am so frustrated tonight. I started searching for a record pool, hoping to find a one stop shop... I don't think I been too lucky. It all starts by trying to find one track, "Wu Wear" Rza feat Methodman and Cappa.... Anyway, I was looking for 1 pool that might have all the classic ol school hip hop right up to todays hits... Anyone use livedjservice.com? I signed up for their all you can download for life offer for $199 back in December. I have only used it a handful of times so far. Mostly club music and remixes. They do have some clean versions.

Vinyl is still unbelievably expensive +shipping. Withthat said, it still sounds amazingly better with fuller, effortless sound & endorphin inducing warmth as ever. I stopped buying on a weekly basis in 2002. Only just recently started buying online again with respects to the newest releases. Still tough on the wallet. Very tough. Very very tough. ouch.

hey guys, so i was watching this dj on fb and he had these hip hop songs where the song was its regular version for the 1st chorus and 1st verse but automatically switched to acapella at the 2nd chorus so you can mix or scratch the next song in and avoid 2 beats on top of each other.

i tried to search on google but came out empty handed. Can anybody help me out where to get the latest hip hop songs in this format? Id really appreciate it!

Acapellas and instrumentals? Most services that I've seen offer these alternate tracks - especially for hip hop. Curiously, I haven't seen them with the Promo Only single service (Pool has them), but when I had ZipDJ, they had these.

yeah i figured u could edit that with a regular version and acapella, but these were premixed and ready to go. looked like it was a pack from some pool. thanks man, how u been
