Hey guys this might be a different question then normally asked.

I had to get out of doing mobile gigs and sell off my setup due to being injured at work and just going through back surgery and can't lift what I used to or stand for long lengths of time like before. It sucks but it is what it is.

So to still get my fix on DJ'n I am going to setup my garage for family parties since we throw a lot of them through the year. I have a standard 2 car garage that I want to setup a decent but not so crazy setup since it won't take much power to fill the garage. I was thinking of some powered 12" speakers or even passive speakers. I am not sure if I would need a small sub or not but would be nice to have a little low end kick. I want to make it a party area for the kids B-day parties and other parties we host.

So the question really is what kind of small decent setup would you suggest to run in a garage that would sound decent? I was even thinking of hanging the top speakers but not sure if I want to leave them up all the time.

Sorry if this has been asked before but I haven't seen a question like this asked before on here unless it was on the v.1 of the forum

How would a setup like this be? Not sure how the brand is but figured for garage use and the price it wouldn't be to bad
