I am looking for a USB dongle that only costs around $50. I am going to be using it to control 2 - 64 RGB PAR cans, 2 - RAM Dual moonflowers with white wash/strobe in center, and a stage ape python. I'm hoping to get more LED pars soon so I need something cheap but reliable. Thanks everyone!

The Entech OpenDMX is in your price range.

Make sure that whatever adapter you get works with the software you intend to use. Many of the software packages are keyed to only work with the maker's own DMX interface.

Yep, Enntec OpenDMX is about the only one you will find for that price!! Picked one up a few months ago, use it with freestyler, not had any problems yet.
