Psy is such a varied genre and without knowing more specifically what you're looking for, it's difficult to recommend artists to you. I tend to lean towards progressive, hamburg and sometimes zenonesque (or whatever you prefer to call it). I don't do full on anymore. The following list reflects that and is in alphabetical order.
