I'm willing to spend an okay ammount... I'd prefer it to be around like 90 or less but I have no idea the pricing for these things. I am interested in some cool lights/moving/flashing/colors for my basement. Just something small nothing crazy but then again I don't want just a strobe light. Any suggestions? :)

Your not going to get "lights" for $90, unless you go shop at Spencers. Perhaps a single light, but not "lights."

Yes you can. There are plenty of lights you can get for that price. The OP does not appear to be a DJ looking for lights. (He says NOTHING of this) And NO, you don't need to resort to spencer's. Ebay is a good place.
