Hey, if this is in violation of the board rules, feel free to rip it down, but I thought you guys would want to know that the Mini Innofader PNP (http://www.innofader.com/products.php?id=16) is coming in Spring 2014, and it's gonna be DDJ-SX compatible!

EDIT: Elliot and I miscommunicated. It's not the Innofader Slim - it's the Mini Innofader PNP. Just so you know! :)

It's definitely very similar. There are some tweaks, obviously, because it needs to be compatible with a larger range of mixers. But in terms of feel, I believe the desire was to create a similar fader. I'm going to send this thread to Elliot and you can get his feedback.

Get him to sell me one of the "loose" Mini Innofaders that's in a Z2. That's what I want. :D

While I am not 100% informed on the details yet, I believe that is what we were going for.

"Innofader Slim" was actually a codeword we were floating around for this project, but the official name is "mini Innofader PNP"

You'll see a post soon with all of your questions answered, but for now I can say yes these are all going to be loose.

It feels exactly the same but it's engineered differently in terms of electronics so it can be compatible with more mixers. :)

Pretty sure this will fit from what customers have told me but haven't seen one yet personally.
