i have about $200 dollars, i already have some par cans, a double derby, and some other small stuff.... as u can tell im a rookie, and I know DMX is the way, but as of now tthe lack of money is holding me back. I mainly do house parties and bars. Well im jus wondering whats some good lighting for my situation...?

im realy trying to get more then one , or one real good one (anything without a duty cycle) .... any suggestions would be great, thankz in advanced. :)

I'd go for a Chauvet fascination (over here they're about £130 each not sure for US). It's a 250W halogen moonflower effect with changing colour and gobo, they're DMX comaptible and will run without DMX controller in stand alone, if you use more than two in stand-alone they can be linked with a DMX cable to synchronise with each other. I'm seriously gonna have to consider a couple of these myself.
