16 gauge - 100ft cable?? Help please.

I'm doing a wedding ceremony with a Behringer EUROPOWER PMP1680S and two Peavy speakers. The distance to power is almost 100ft so I'm using a 100ft 16gauge extension cord. I will only be using it for about an hour and it will just be low music for the ceremony. Do you think that this extension cord can handle the load?

Yeah no problem! You're probably only running about 200-300 watts rms and you won't be playing it too loud so it should be no problem at all.

From what i heard is if you go over 75 ft you can run into some sound issues .

It will be fine at low volume.
