Ive royally fucked up my controller (VCI-100) and im not sure where to take it to get it repaired. It took a nasty fall and the whole left jogwheels come out and the sensitivity bit inside is busted up (i can hear it rattling around). No idea where to take this to get fixed as i bought it used.

Anyone who knows of anywhere in Toronto (GTA) to take this to get sorted would be awesome :) To be honest iv'e got a feeling it might be cheaper just to grab another unit but its worth looking into :S

Cheers!

No warranty baller :c Bought it used as the models discontinued so im not even sure where to take the thing. And not even an S4 could have survived this, Fell from bout 6 feet with a load of shit on top of it onto the concrete /: something would have broke regardless

Aha i know right? D:

And totally agree Doug, It led to a total remap of the controller and integrating the launchpad into it... So much neat stuff i figured out and cool shit i can do. If it wasnt for the breaking of the wheel i wouldnt have bothered so in a way im kinda glad :)

Don't feel alone I dropped my RMX about a year ago. It killed the left upfader so I now use it as a soundcad when I cast. I replaced it with the 4-MX.
