need help with Traktor Pro 2

So the other week I upgraded from Traktor LE to Pro 2. It started off working fine, then as I was messing with the settings, the sound cut out and I haven't been able to get it back. I've made sure the output is where it is. I'm currently using a Reloop Jockey 3 ME, and it still works with Traktor Pro. Just Pro 2 is not working. Any suggestions on what it could be that is causing this?

Also, the effect deck is not working also. I have full control over the effects, they just don't play when I activate them. Any help with this?

In the audio device settings, make sure that your reloop controller is selected as the audio interface. Also, make sure you are mixing internally if you are using it as a controller, or externally if you are using some sort of mixer + decks.

As for the effects, make sure that the effects deck is assigned to a channel. So for example, assign your effect deck 1 to channel 1 (or A as Traktor calls it) and try them then.

just reset everything to the default settings in the wizard.
