I went to our local DJ store today called guitar center, but let me preface this by saying these people online sent me the wrong par cans which only take those damn sealed beam bulbs.. They are like 30$ each as opposed to 8$ cheap dys bulbs I usually use. So I needed 4 of them, ugh. He told me he would give me a good price since I was buying 4. He scanned them into the computer, they rang up $0.01 each, that's right 1 cent so, I bought them out. I got 600$ worth of bulbs for $0.13 that is right 13 cents, Well actually 12 cents cause they guy gave me a penny cause he was laughing so hard. They even called over a manager to verify the price, Also you may say 600$ that doesn't add up, the computer said they had 12 so the computer would only let them charge me for 12, so they gave the rest to me. I filled up my backseats with bulbs, literally!
They all say 38$ on them, and I have the reciept for $0.13
If I had my scanner hooked up I would scan it in.

That's a real result, the nearest i've got to that was in a home-improvement store buying some picture frames and i'd bought about 5 packs at £12 each and somehow the girl at the checkout rang it all up to £7 total, so i virtually threw the money at her and ran out of the store before they realised their mistake.
Why does'nt things like that ever happen to me.
By the way, if you buy any more par cans your gonna need to buy yourself a power station to power it all

I know a good company that can install a few 2000A substations at the venues before you play there, do you want their number :D

Seriously though, with that rig what would your expected peak current draw be?

The pars if you were using the 600w lamps would be 434 amps at full draw
I will have to measure the draw with 1000w lamps, I would imagine it would be 722 amps
I will put the 1000w ones on my amp meter...

I'm not shure how much all my stuff draw's... Not near as much as Jame's, But I've never really checked.
Maybe I should. :)
