After looking online for some, I've found it really difficult to find some good house tracks which don't get the crowd going crazy, but just get the vibe going on a dancefloor.

Do you guys know of any good house-oriented tracks which are good for getting everyone warmed up and psyched for dancing?

IT depends what vibe youre going for. You should really feel it out, a lot of the time I'll play older (2-5 years) tracks that were pretty solid hits in their prime, but not "classic bangers". I'll also mix in some brand new stuff that hasn't hit hard yet. Ultimately depends on your style. Here's a few I would use as a warmup in a house/commercial venue:

And this could be your brand new groovy track, it's possibly a little high energy for the beginning of the night though

If you play older tracks during your "warmup period", avid club-goers aren't likely to go nuts to them because theyve heard it a ton of times already. Also, you can play brand new stuff that people haven't gotten hooked on yet so it's usually enough to start a vibe but not make them go nuts.
