Best Technics Repair/refurb in LA?

I'm in the Los Angeles area and I'm looking to get my 1200s revamped. Basically one of the tonearms need replaced, both pitch controls, and they need cleaned (the tops are very brown).

Has anyone ever had any PERSONAL experience with someone in the LA area? If there's someone in this forum that can do this, how much would it cost me?

Try here, off Santa Monica Blvd, besides repair, they have equipment, vinyl, etc........I deal with them quite a bit!

There is also cosmos sound in Hollywood. Sent my 1200's there few years back for basic maintenance and cleaning.
