This one's been driving me crazy for years.

I remember an album; maybe 1992 - 93, that had an interlude / skit with a man rambling on saying, if I remember correctly: "Black man, black woman, black baby........White man, white woman, white baby...... " and so on. I'm thinking it was Ice Cube " Jackin' for Beats" but I can't find that whole album any where to confirm. My freind who had (lost) that album says it wasn't.

Any ideas? Rep will be served.

No big, it was only released 6 months before I was born :lol:

edit* the album was released in april of 1990.

Ha, thanks dude. It's an awesome album. I find myself listening to golden era hip hop more than any other.

(I'll listen to the "second era" probably more though :P e.g., Nas, De La Soul)

Dope, DOPE album. Their "Nation of Millions" album was, in my opinion, the GREATEST Hip Hop album ever. Their music had a message.

That's what made Public Enemy so great. They used their music as an extremely effective vehicle to spread it.
