This is just a quick video I made from a few days ago. I've been practicing chirps, transformers, and open fade scratches altogether for about a year. I wanna get everything perfect so I just wanna know if I should move onto more technical scratches such as flares. I can beat juggle, it's just sloppy I'm working on it.

I would say stick to chirps/stabs/transforms a bit more, and emphasize stabs and chirps. If I were you I wouldn't try expanding your scratch vocab until your foundation is SOLID, so I mean you should be able to consistently double time stab and chirp at this tempo, but not just do double time but also with different pitching and style. You should have a good start on doing a lot of the stuff in this track before you move on:

Obviously this is crazy stylish and you don't have to be able to do every part but you should be able to understand most of it and do a fair bit of it before you move on to other stuff. The majority of it is just chirps and chirp/baby scratch combo's. But he's ridiculously good at them and expresses 10x better with 2 techniques than 95% of scratchers do with every scratch in their arsenal.
