Hello again forum,
My name is Justin and I'm one of the regulars around here. Before the mass outage of 2011 and before the 2.0 relaunch, I was normally found starting political fights in the Off Topic Forum and arguing for the sake of arguing! I've been DJing for over 10 years now, but not professionally. I play regularly on Faderwave.net, djforums.com's home grown radio station. We broadcast off of stickam.com/faderwaveradio and my time slot is every Friday at 7PM PST/10PM EST for 2 hours for l0ckd0wn's Friday Night Grooves - But this isn't the only time I play; I generally will spin a set midweek (l0ckd0wn's Mid Week Meltdown), with a looser format and to prepare for my Friday shows. I play a wide range of different styles from ambient, downtempo and trip hop - music around 70-90 BPM - up through your big room trance sounds at around 140 BPM with a lot of different flavors in the middle. My personal favorite styles of music to DJ are progressive and tech house with a more tribal and drum-filled feel. I game a lot, playing PC video games when I'm not DJing.
