I've never dj'd before, but I've always been interested in it and I'm looking to buy my first set of turntables. I did have this before (http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=11606756) but I returned it because there was too much delay and it seemed more like a toy. I found this pair of Stanton T60's on craigslist (http://rockford.craigslist.org/msg/2852646614.html). It seems like a great deal, assuming everything works fine. The only thing that concerns me is I have read reviews of the T60 and some say the torque is very weak and wouldn't be good for scratching, but others say it is fine. The ad says the motor is powerful and there's plenty of torque. Since these would be my first turntables, are they worth it?

Perfect for a beginner, just make sure everything works! Or you can save up for Technics, buy once cry once!
