So I've noticed that us trance vets (Chris, Ohmega, Era, Ellis, Delta, many others) have really similar taste in music, even outside of trance. So here we're gonna post awesome non-trance music.

This deep house/techno set is just fucking sick. I stumbled across it by pure random chance. Reminds me of early-hours Digweed.

Yousef/Mark Knight Essential Mix 09-05-2009 - Mark absolutely destroyed this set IMO.

I highly recommend doing a search for this and downloading it (I know it's bad ju ju to do that). His set was absolutely amazing and I wish I would have been there. Can't believe Pete Tong commented on SHM headlining that show :lol:

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Would have loved to see a video of him running through that. I cannot imagine how long that could have taken to create. I love hearing stuff like that though because it shows the person's passion for music.

He has layered samples and loops of each track running alongside eachoher so there are constantly about 3 or 4 tracks playing at once, its honestly the most impressive programming I have ever came across, I dont think its been mixed live, I could be wrong but I think its been arranged in ableton or something similar, either way man its impressive,

Wow... that is seriously impressive. Downloaded and definitely listening to this on long journeys to make the time go quicker.

According to the SoundCloud page it says it was "Mixed and mastered by Royal Sapien at 360, Brooklyn, New York September 2010 - January 2011."... doing it live and in one take would have been the stuff of legends.
