Can't upload avatar

When I go to add an avatar there are no options to upload or link... There's just an option to use no avatar.
Is this a glitch or..?

you are the 1st person to ask this.. everyone else has an avatar :P

it should be there somewhere..

settings.. click user avatar. then should be able to use one of the other options.

When i first registered i processed the confirmation email and it took like 20 minutes until my account was unlocked. After that i was able to create my avatar.
