In the market for new speakers!!!

I'm in the market for some new speakers. I am currently using 2 Yamaha S115 Passive speakers with a QSC RMX2450 amp. I also added in a Peavey PV118 passive subwoofer which I have been running off the same amp using a dbx 234xs crossover. I know I should be running the sub off it's own amp, but due to space and weight am looking to find something more sufficient. Ideas?

If you have both S115s on one channel and the PV118 on the second channel, there's nothing wrong with that.

You can find used EV Sx300s for $300-350 a speaker - I'd start looking around for a pair.

I currently use my Yamaha BR12s daisy chained on one channel, and my tubas on the other. And even using the built in crossover feature on my QSC GX3. Works sensational. Never had problems running the four speakers on my GX3. My speakers are 8 ohms each.

Maybe go powered/ I switched from a pair of Yamaha Club series 15 with a EP 2500 to a pair of powered RCF art 10's. I also picedk up a yorkville 15 powered sub to use instead of an 2 18 inch Yamaha's powed witha EP 1500.
